LAST CHANCE: 2026-2027 School Supplies

School supply lists are live and ready to order for the 2026-27 school year. This service will be available until June 21st, so please order this week! This year, for an easier shopping experience, we are doing something different. To order school supplies:

  • Follow this link and enter HOP094 (3 letters and 3 numbers) to find the Hope Academy school supply list. Be sure to search by the code provided and not by zip code.
  • Navigate to your student's grade for the 2026-27 school year
  • Choose the applicable grades and add to your cart and check out
  • Then, your supplies will be shipped directly to the school!

If you have any questions, please reach out to Carly Tebbs at carlytebbs@hopeschool.org.

If you would prefer to get your school supplies in a different way, here is the digital copy of the school supply list.

Get Outgrown Uniforms Out of Your House and Bless Our Teachers at the Same Time! We will be selling used uniforms June 22nd-July 2nd from 8:00am-9:00am, Monday-Thursday. Come to the front office; a parent ambassador will be at the front desk to help you sign-in.

Prices:

  • Jumpers: $5
  • Shirts: $2
  • Pants/shorts: $2
  • Fleeces/sweatshirts: $5
  • Shoes: $5
  • Belts: $2

Why do we sell instead of swap? We use the money we raise for teacher/staff appreciation events throughout the year. Last year, we partially funded food or drinks for six different appreciation events!

Summer Practices & Fall Sports Information

Summer athletic practices are currently happening for Basketball, Soccer, Football, Cross Country and Girls Volleyball! If you are interested in a fall sport (for all incoming 8th-12th grade students with the exception of Football/Cross Country which is for 9th-12th grade students only) please make sure you are on the TeamSnap for the sport of your choice. All team communications run through our TeamSnap app. (Football and Cross country are co-op sports through Minnehaha and they will email you their important information weekly).

Fall seasons/tryouts start Aug 17th. All athletes need a current sports physical to be able to come that day. See the post below for some free physical options. Teams are formed the week of Aug 17th-21st. Please email Mrs. Timm at heathertimm@hopeschool.org or send her a Teams message if you need to be added to any of the fall sports TeamSnap groups or if you’re interested in either football or cross-country. You may only play one of those sports since they are all in the same season.

Free High School Sports Physicals!

Remember to get your student's sports physical! If your student will be participating in any of our high school sports teams (8th-12th grade) next year, we need to have a current sports physical on file before they are allowed to participate. Here are a couple places that offer free physicals this summer. Please don't wait until the last minute!

Sports physicals are good for 3 years. You may also get a sports physical from your own doctor or any clinic. Click below for the official Sports Physical Form. This form can also be found on our website under Community Life > Athletics. For any questions, please email Mrs. Timm at heathertimm@hopeschool.org.
