Summer Session begins next Monday, June 8th! Here are some important details to keep in mind:
Families must request transportation for the 2026–27 school year through the My Ride K-12 app by Thursday, June 5. Beginning this year, all transportation requests must be submitted directly by parents/guardians through the app.

We are looking for parent volunteers to help refresh our campus landscaping for the summer! Each year, we spruce up the property with fresh wood chips throughout our grounds. This year’s project includes spreading approximately 500 bags of wood chips, and we would love your help.
Join us on Thursday, June 5, from 9:00am –12:30pm. Volunteer tasks will include light weeding, spreading, and raking wood chips.

We’re excited to welcome Feed My Starving Children to Hope Academy for a special meal packing event on June 29th 6-8pm! Join in to help pack nutritious meals that are shipped around the world to children and families in need. This is a wonderful opportunity for staff, students, parents, and friends to come together and make a global impact.

The Used Uniform Sale is coming up at the end of Summer School! The Parent Ambassadors will be collecting gently used uniforms June 8-17. Starting Monday, June 8th, you can drop off your uniforms any time during the school day at the Main Office.

Summer session attendace will be closely tracked, and students who attend fewer than 75% of the days will be required to complete a BrainQuest Summer workbook.
The summer workbooks can be can either be picked up from school or will be sent home on the last day of Summer Session. At the end of summer break, completed workbooks should be turned in at back-to-school events or during the first week of school.

As of Monday, March 2nd, Giselle Rodriguez is no longer be serving as the Transportation Coordinator. She is now serving on our Admissions team here at Hope!

If you haven’t already done so, please make sure to download our bus‑tracking app. The app is called MyRide K‑12, and it will help you track your child’s route and receive updates.
To streamline arrival and improve security, all school events will now use QuickPIN check-in with the SchoolPass App.
• All parents must use their QuickPIN to check in
• Your QuickPIN can be found in the SchoolPass App (Profile → View QuickPIN)
• Download the app and log in prior to the event
• Have your QuickPIN pulled up and ready when you arrive for faster entry

Being prepared will help keep lines moving and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
To ensure the safety of all students, any parent who wishes to enter a classroom during the school day (for volunteering, events, birthdays, chaperoning, lunch visits, etc.) must first complete a free background check at the front desk. Please bring a photo ID to complete this process as soon as possible. The background check must be completed 48 hours before your visit. Background checks must be completed every school year.
