Join us for Kindergarten Family Playdate on Saturday May 17th, 10am-12pm at Hope Academy! This will be a morning of playing together and meeting other Hope Kindergarten families! There will be snacks will be provided as well as games with prizes. The whole family is invited!

Hope Academy will have soccer and basketball camps June 2-6 for students going into 7th-12th grade in the 2025-2026 school year. Please complete the registration form below to sign your student up for a camp.

‍

• Where: Hope Academy Upper Gym (basketball) & Peavey Park (soccer)
• When: Monday-Friday, June 2-6
• Who: Students going into 7th-12th grade in the 2025-2026 school year

The cost of this camp is $30. There are scholarships available and if needed, click on "need assistance with fee" on the sign-up form.

It is almost time to celebrate another completed school year! Save the date for our following end-of-year events:

• 8th Grade Ceremony, May 28th at 8am

• ‍5th Grade Ceremony, May 28th at 3:15pm 
• Acorns to Oaks (Kindergarten Graduation), May 29th at 3pm 
• High School Graduation, May 31 at 6pm

Even though it is noted on our 2024-25 school calendar, we will not be having a family summer cookout this year. We apologize for any confusion!

There will be NO SCHOOL on Monday, May 26th due to Memorial Day.

NOW OPEN TO ALL LOWER SCHOOL REFERRALS! Refer a lower school student to Hope Academy and earn your choice of a $100 check or tuition credit! To receive this, you must:

• Share the link below with your friend so they can schedule a tour.
• When they schedule a tour, make sure they write your name under “who referred you?"‍
• If your referral tours, applies, AND enrolls, the admission team will reach out to you about your tuition credit.

Can't Log In to SchoolPass? Follow these helpful steps:

‍

1. Call the Main Office so we can reset your password. Confirm with us the email that the school has on file for you. We know the "Forgot Password" feature isn't working on the app for parents/guardians.

‍

2. Check your email for a temporary password sent from noreply-6294@schoolpass.com and login to the app.

‍

3. Once you're in the app, change your password from the temporary password, to something you'll remember. If you don't change your password, the temporary password will expire and you'll get locked out of the app again.

‍

4. Still need help, stop by the Main Office and we'll assist you in person.

‍

Mom's Bible Study:
The Women's Bible Study is held every Wednesday 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Contact Katie Steck at 612-655-6279 for more information!

Men of Hope:
Join other Hope Academy Dads at our Men of Hope Monthly huddles! Fathers and students are welcome! The next meeting will be on Saturday, May 3rd, 10:30a.m.-12:00p.m.

Ministerio De Mujeres Hope:

Latino Father's Bible Study:

Please read below as a reminder of what each parent pick up entrance is for:

‍

New Main Entrance (24th St): Use this entrance for school events, late drop offs, and after school care pickup.

‍

Chicago Ave Entrance: This entrance is for bus drop off ONLY. There is no longer any entry through this door other than busing.

‍

Peavey Doors (22nd St.): This is the entrance for parent Drop off and Pick up (including before school care).  Access this door by heading north on Park Ave. and take a right on E. 22nd St.

‍

Please read below for some reminders about absences and early releases:

‍‍

• Mark any absences in the SchoolPass app by 10 am. It's important to report your child's absence so that you don't receive a text message indicating their absence.
• You can mark absences in advance if needed.
• All changes to dismissal plans need to be made in the app by 3:00 pm.
• There are no early releases after 3:30 pm daily.
• Students will only be called from class when their parent/guardian is at school for them. Please plan an extra 10 minutes into your schedule so we have time to locate your student and send them to the office.

Be sure to mark any absences, tardies, or end of day transportation changes for your kids in the SchoolPass app! We appreciate your partnership! Refer to the video below for more information.

To receive Hope Academy text notifications, opt-in by texting “Yes” to 67587. (We will also need to have that phone # on file that you are opting in from). Make sure you’re not missing important communication!
