Parent-Teacher Conferences are November 23-24! Please click the button below to schedule your time. This is a required parent covenant event.

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your conference to allow time to check-in
• Upper school students are required to attend their conference, but we kindly ask that lower school students and their siblings stay home.
• There is NO SCHOOL during conferences

There will be NO SCHOOL next Tuesday, November 3rd due to Staff Development.

Also, there will be no school next Friday, November 13th do to records day. Please plan accordingly.

High School Basketball Is Coming Soon for grades 8-12! Below are a few details about the upcoming season:

Captains Practices / Open Gym:

Captains practices and open gym for both boys and girls begin Monday, November 2nd. All interested students are welcome to attend. Details, times, and days will be posted in Team Snap.

First Day of Official Practices / Tryouts:

• Girls: Monday, November 16th
• Boys: Monday, November 23rd

Please note that every athlete needs a current Minnesota State High School League sports physical on file to attend the first day of the season. Physicals are valid for 3 years. You can access the Sport Qualifying Physical Examination Form below.

Additionally, most communication for the season is sent through Team Snap. To be added to a basketball Team Snap, email Mrs. Timm at heathertimm@hopeschool.org or send her a Teams message. Contact her with any questions as well.

Join us for the Pathways Fair next Monday, November 2nd, 6-8pm! This is a great opportunity to look at multiple pathway options after high school all in one place. You and your student will have the opportunity to talk with our partner colleges, military branches, and local organizations that offer apprenticeships, work opportunities, trades options and more. All 9th–12th grade students and families are encouraged to attend.

Details:

• 6-7pm - Open house: meet representatives from various colleges, US Military, and local trade, apprenticeships, and workforce organizations.
• 7-8pm: Presentation by national college expert Cozy Wittman

On November 10th, Hope Academy will be hosting our annual Evening of Hope Gala. This is a special evening where we invite hundreds of partners and guests to Hope Academy, and we need your help to make it a success! You can help by signing up to volunteer or by donating items we need. Your support counts toward your Covenant Agreement with Family Ministry. Please sign up using the link below.

Men of Hope
Join other Hope Academy dads for our monthly Men of Hope Huddles! This is a time of fellowship led by Mr. Bugg and Dr. G. Fathers and students are welcome. Join them on the first Saturday of every month, 10:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Mujeres de Esperanza (Estudio Bíblico de Mujeres Latinas)
Únete a nosotras cada viernes a las 10:00 a.m. para un tiempo de estudio bíblico, oración y compañerismo. Después compartimos un refrigerio y fortalecemos nuestra fe y comunidad como mujeres latinas.

Moms Bible Study
