Senior Parent Night will give families a clear overview of what to expect during senior year and how the College, Career & Graduate Support Team will partner with students and families as they prepare for life after high school.

Join us on Tuesday, September 15th, at 6:00-8:00pm for a special time of prayer, celebration, and dedication as we officially install Kelvin Simms as our new Head of School! This gathering is an opportunity to dedicate this new season of leadership and our school to the Lord. As we welcome new leadership, we will also reaffirm our commitment to the mission and calling of Hope Academy. Light appetizers and dessert will be provided!
We look forward to gathering together as a community for this meaningful transition.

Kindergarten Parent Groups are required classes that meet the first Tuesday of the month for an hour at Hope Academy or virtually on the first Wednesday of the month. Classes are led by Dr. Darrell Gillespie and cover topics like sibling rivalry, tough conversations, community building and much more! The aim of these classes is to support your parenting and enhance the educational experience of your children.

Men of Hope
Join other Hope Academy dads for our monthly Men of Hope Huddles! This is a time of fellowship led by Mr. Bugg and Dr. G. Fathers and students are welcome. Join them at their next meeting on Saturday, October 3rd, 10:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Mujeres de Esperanza (Estudio Bíblico de Mujeres Latinas)
Únete a nosotras cada viernes a las 10:00 a.m. para un tiempo de estudio bíblico, oración y compañerismo. Después compartimos un refrigerio y fortalecemos nuestra fe y comunidad como mujeres latinas.

Moms’ Bible Study
The Hope Academy mom's Bible Study meets weekly on Wednesdays, 10am -11pm starting September 16th! It’s a welcoming space to grow in faith, ask questions, and connect with others on the journey. For more information, reach out to Danielle Svobodny at DanielleSvobodny@hopeschool.org.
Beginning this school year, Hope Academy will be rolling out a new communication app called ParentSquare. This will be the primary platform for school communication. Families will receive messages through email, app, voice, or text, helping everyone stay informed and involved.
An account is automatically created for each parent or guardian using the contact information in our student information system. We encourage you to begin by downloading the mobile app, activate your account, set your language preferences, and choose how and when you’d like to receive messages.

As we prepare for the school year, we want to make sure all families are familiar with our student pick-up and drop-off procedures. There is a small change for parents who are picking up both a lower and upper school students together. Please read the following instructions for a smooth drop-off and pick-up!

Back to school packets are in the mail! If you have not received yours yet, it should be coming soon. Make sure you read your booklet for important back-to-school information. Also, please complete all the required forms before Lower School Meet the Teacher.
