Job Details

  • We are looking for a passionate and skilled Art Teacher to teach two middle school art classes and one introductory high school art class.
  • Monday through Friday classes
  • 0.6+ FTE - Full-Time Equivalency (~24 hours/week) benefits eligible
  • Potential for additional FTE hours may be found in other departments within Hope Academy
  • Salary is based on education/industry experience and/or years of classroom teaching experience and ranges from $24,600-$41,400.

  • Supportive of the school's mission to foster hope in God within the inner-city neighborhood of Minneapolis by providing youth with an outstanding, Christ-centered education.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively educate in a multi-racial, multi-ethnic, and economically disadvantaged urban community.
  • Desire to equip the children of the city with an academically rigorous, comprehensive, classical Christian education to prepare them to deal with the complex issues of living in this present society.
